Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 2 Days of delivery.

  • Returns are strictly allowed only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

  • No returns will be accepted for any other reasons.

Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To request a return, you must provide:

  • A full unboxing video, starting from opening the sealed package to showing the product clearly.

  • The video must be recorded at the time of delivery.

Without proper video proof, no return request will be accepted under any condition.

Return Process

  • If your return request is approved, you must ship the product yourself to our registered office address.

  • Noirara does not provide return pickup service.

  • All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Restocking Charges

  • Applicable restocking charges may be deducted from the final exchange process.

Refund Policy
